The journey of your LED neon: From bulletproof packaging to professional wall mounting

The design is approved, the neon is in production, and you can't wait to light up your new illuminated sign for the first time. But at this stage, you often ask us: "How will you actually send me the sign? After all, couriers usually throw packages. What if it breaks? And who will help me hang it on the wall?" We completely understand these concerns. Illuminated signs are not a T-shirt that can be thrown into a plastic bag. That's why at Fizuál.cz we have perfected the entire packaging, transportation, and installation process so that you don't have to worry about logistics. So how does it all work?

1. Packaging that would survive a meteorite fall

Our LED neon signs are not made of fragile glass (we use highly resistant silicone and strong plexiglass), but we still leave nothing to chance when it comes to packaging. Forget about crumpled boxes stuffed with old newspapers.

Every neon produced undergoes a strict final inspection before being shipped. We light it up, check every detail, and only then does it move to the packing table.

• Protective layers: First, we carefully wrap the neon in several layers of high-quality bubble wrap.

• Edge reinforcement: We protect the edges of plexiglass, which are most vulnerable during transport, with special foam profiles.

• Custom-made cardboard: We then place the sign in a sandwich packaging made of hard five-layer cardboard, which we make to measure for each neon sign. This way, nothing in the box moves even a millimeter.

• For large projects, we divide the motif: If you order a two-meter company logo, we won't send you one giant, shapeless board. We strategically and logically divide the motif into multiple parts. You can then simply connect them on the wall with invisible connectors. This increases safety during transport and makes handling on site easier.

2. Delivery to your home or business

Once your package is bulletproof, you have several delivery options to choose from:

• Courier service: We only work with verified carriers. Each of our packages is also 100% insured against damage . If (by pure chance) the courier manages to destroy the box, you don't risk anything - we will immediately resolve the situation and make you a new neon.

• Personal collection: If you want to visit our workshop directly and take your neon from hand to hand, we will be happy to welcome you to Fizuál.cz .

3. Let's go to the final: Wall installation

You have your neon sign at home. Now what? Most of our customers install their own advertising, because thanks to our Plug & Play system , it's a piece of cake. You'll get everything you need in the package – the neon sign itself on a base plate with pre-drilled holes, designer spacer screws and a power adapter. All you need is a spirit level, a pencil and a drill and you'll be up and running in ten minutes.

4. Professional installation: When you want full-service without worries

However, not everyone has the tools at hand, or it involves installing a large sign high on the facade of a house or in the complex interior of a café.

It is for these cases that we offer a professional installation service (mainly for Prague and the surrounding area) .

What does our VIP installation look like in practice?

• We will arrive with complete equipment: from stepladders to special drills for all types of masonry to a vacuum cleaner.

• Measurements to the millimeter: No more crooked hanging signs. With the help of a laser level, we perfectly center the neon exactly where you want it.

• Invisible cabling: This is what separates amateur installations from professional ones. People hate hanging black cables. Our technicians can help you hide the cabling – whether by pulling it through drywall, routing it, or using elegant cover strips in the color of your wall.

• Clean Work: Once the neon is on the wall and the cables are connected, we'll clean up all the mess from the drilling. We'll just hand you the remote control to ceremonially light up your sign.
